How Do I Look For the best Herbal Vaporizer for me?

Welcome to part 1 of “How Do I Look For the best Herbal Vaporizer for me?"

New to herbal vaporizers and looking for one that will fit your needs? Well, you've found the right article to help you get the best vaporizer for your needs.

A lot of people are convinced a certain vaporizer is the best, but in reality, there are many 'best' vaporizers depending on what your preferences are. Before starting, I'd like to commend you for taking the step to giving your lungs a break and prioritizing your health. Other benefits you can see from vaporizing aside from the health benefits are lower smell. Since burning does not occur, vaporizing significantly cuts down on smell, helping you to keep your room nice and free of odors.

Back to which vaporizer is the best for you, let me first say that many people are quick to say that the Volcano vaporizer is the best vaporizer, because of it's huge price-tag, and because most only know about the Volcano vaporizer. For those who have the Volcano, the Volcano might be the best for you, but for others looking for a better alternative, there are many that will give you all the benefits at lower cost.

What type of vapor delivery are you looking for? If you're looking for a light airy vapor that's easy to inhale, you'll want to look at bag style vaporizers. If you're looking for a thicker, potent vapor delivery, you'll want to invest in a whip-style vaporizer.

Now, you need to ask yourself if you need a handheld portable vaporizer or if you'll strictly be using the vaporizer at home where you have a wall outlet. Portable handheld vaporizers usually are only available in whip/straw/tube-style because bag style vaporizers require a fan to inflate the bag, making for a larger non- portable vaporizer.

So now, you know if you want either a bag/whip style vaporizer and if you need a portable vaporizer. Lastly, is the question of pricing: How much are you willing to spend on a vaporizer? I never recommend getting a cheap knockoff vaporizer that harm you more than you can benefit from it because of its poor material and construction. This means, you will want to spend $100 or more.

The cost for quality vaporizers range quite a bit, from $100 on the lowest end and to more than $650. If it's your first vaporizer, I recommend you spending about $200-$300 to get a solid vaporizer. Most vaporizers in this price range have excellent support and aftercare if you ever need. You'll also want to make sure you purchase from a reputable retailer, because unfortunately, the herbal vaporizer market has many 'fly-by-night' operations where they disappear after a few months or weeks.

Come back for our next installment of "How Do I Look For the best Herbal Vaporizer for me?" where we'll be going more in-depth on whip style/bag style and portable vaporizers.

Do I have a Ground Glass herbal vaporizer wand?

VaporizerKits.com Ground Glass Vaporizer wand vs. Non Ground Glass Vaporizer Wand
Ground Glass Vaporizer Wands:
Ground glass is basically when the surface of a piece of glass is finished to be translucent and matte. Because of its finish, when 2 ground glass surfaces meet, they create friction and 'stick' much more than the regular smooth glass finish.

Zephyr Ion Vaporizer Overview Video

Hey Everyone,

We just put up a video on YouTube highlighting the Zephyr Ion Vaporizer.

The Zephyr Ion Vaporizer is a bag-style vaporizer that will take you away. The Zephyr Ion Vaporizer is the affordable alternative to other bag-style vaporizers. The Zephyr Ion vaporizer is a easy to use vaporizer with 4 buttons. One for power, one to turn the fan on/off and 2 smaller buttons for temperature control.

The top lid is an easy to use one touch latch with an air fill tube. To start the vaporizer, just push the power button. To adjust the temperature, use the 2 buttons below the LCD screen and if you push both buttons, you’ll find that you can go from Fahrenheit to Celsius display.

As you can see in the video, once the proper temperature is reached, the backlight will go from red to green, signaling the vaporizer is warmed-up and ready to be used. Push the air fan button to start the fan.

The heating area is made out of ceramic which your stainless steel herb basket goes into. Finely grind up your herbs and place your herb basket into the ceramic heating area. Once you place the herb basket into the ceramic heating area, close the lid and attach your bag.

The mouthpiece is directly connected to your bag which fits into the air straw on the top of the vaporizer. Start the air fan, and wait till your bag is filled. Becareful not to over fill your bag because the bag can pop!

Once the bag is filled, turn off your fan and take the bag off, open the valve and enjoy the vapors!
